Eating healthy isn’t even that much of a problem to me anymore.. it’s just eating enough calories that I have a trouble with. Seriously, I think I eat a lot.. but the amount I eat minus the calories I burned during my workouts only leaves me at about 1300-1400 cals, if I’m lucky. I gotta start eating around 2300/day. At first I thought I needed 1800 but that’s without exercise.
